73 Games Rated and Reviewed
Quantum Break is a good game with it's awesome gameplay with time powers and gunfights in third person but despite that it's not a game that I have any desire to play again mostly because of the story and how it's presented like a tv show, I just think that that was bad.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
This was the first CoD game that I ever played and I got to say that it was better than what I thought it would be like.
I only played the single player but despite that I say that it was a decent fps game that you can finish after only a few hours of gameplay so it doesn't feel like a burden and the different ways to play like the classic gun fights, the stealth missions, the flying and the robot suit fight made this game feel less repetitive and more interseting.
But after the second playthrough I got bored with it and I don't see myself playing this again.
Infamous 2 is a great sequel that manages to improve in just about everything that made the original good.
The new superpowers and the great fighting and gameplay mechanics feel much more alive in this game that I can play it for hours without getting tired of it.
And while it's not perfect it's still an amazing playstation exclusive that again made me glad that I bought a ps3 to play it on.
Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter
I will say while this is a good game with an interseting story and some pretty great mysteries to solve I don't see any chance that I will ever play this game again.
If you are not a mystery adventure fan than you could get bored with this game despite the great story.
Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments
I don't have much to say about this game except that while I always find Sherlocks and Watsons adventures to be great I quickly grew bored playing this game.
The cases were pretty dull and the conclusions to them aren't any better either.
But if you are a fan of mystery adeventure games give this game a try othervise just watch a walkthrough on youtube instead for the story.
Infamous is a great playstation exclusive game thanks to its intriguing story, great gameplay and the moral choices that you encounter makes the experince more enjoyable as here you get to decide if you want to be a hero or a ruthless kille.
It is a bit annoying how easy you can die but the save points makes it tolerable and ok.
I don't consider this one of the best games that I have played but it was still great and a must buy if you still have a ps3 console today.
I don't regrett playing Fallout 4 but I will never play this game again.
The weapons are mostly bad, the story is boring and I did not enjoy having to build those houses at all.
Overall the gameplay and the area itself was so forgettable and just not that interesting.
As a Fallout game I would say that its ok but not good and unless you are big fan of the franchise than I can't recommand that you try this game.
Alan Wake is a very different type of game. It's gameplay feels unique and the story itself is deep and mysterious which I must say that I liked when I it for the first time but I wouldn't try it again anytime soon and while I did enjoy the game and do consider it worth playing I don't see it as something that exciting.
Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction
If I had to rate every Ratchet and Cland game that I have ever played then I would definitely
put this one on the top 5 list.
The gameplay and combat system is just as engaging and fun from what you would expect of a R&C games but it didn't really feel like something that different from other games really and while this new more dramatic story was interesting I still preferred how it was in the previous games.
The Darkness II
I would never say that is one of the best first person shooter games that I have played but it was pretty good.
It's gameplay and combat systems mixture of gun shooting and superpwers was enjoyable enough for me to like this game and while the story was ok I felt that it was too short for my liking.
Buit despite its still a good game that I would like to play again.
Horizon Zero Dawn
I'm going to be fully honest now, I didn't like this game.
It's not a bad game and I can understand why others like it and there are moments in the game that I liked but it just never worked for me really.
I didn't find the story that intriguing and while I like third person action adventure games I grew bored very quickly with this one as the combat system felt very tedious after a few hours of gameplay so no I'm not going to play this game again.
Dead Island Definitive Edition
Dead Island is one most boring open world first person games that I have ever played. At the beginning it was kinda fun but after only a few hours of gameplay I got bored of it.
The fact that you are playing a zombie survial game with guns for a large part doesn't help it either. Neither the story nor the gameplay was engaging and nothing about it stuck out in a good way that I found to be intriguing or exciting so no I will never play this game again.
Tekken 6 is a ok fighting game and while I'm not a big fan of this type of games I gotta that I liked this one.
Sonic the Hedgehog
This game is without a doubt one of the biggest disappointments of my life. I was really exited about this game when I first saw the trailer but when I played it I couldn't believe how bad it was.
The story is horrible and way too dark for a Sonic game and the gameplay was terrible as well, clumsy and annoying and the side missons were the worst that I have ever seen on a video game so please believe me when I say, don't play this game.
Assassin's Creed Syndicate
One of the top 5 AC games if you ask me. Syndicate was a refreshing improvement over its dissapointing precdessor Unity.
The gameplay feels easy to get to know that you can finish this game without it feeling like a burden and the chance to run around in victorian London was enjoyable too.
The story is one of the few things that I didn't really like but it's not that bad that its annoying but its simply not as interesting as some of the other AC games.
There are many AC games that have come out now but if you had to choose only a few than I recommaned that you play this one.
Batman: Arkham City
Arkham City is one of the best video games that I have ever played and it's the best entry in the series to. Arkham City greatly expands on evertything that made Asylum great and imroves on some of it too.
The great gameplay and combat system that makes you feel like you can fight an army is so engaging and exhilarating that I want to replay the game as soon as I have finished it.
The story itself is honestly one of the things that makes this game one of my favourites, especially with Mark Hamill voicing the Joker.
Simply put Arkham City is a A-list Game of the year type of game and I reccomand that you play it when you have the chance.
It saddens me to say but not that many great Sonic game have been made in but this one is not one of them.
Generations is defietley the best Sonic game that has come out on the playstation.
Its gameplay where you can play as both classic 2d Sonic and modern 3D Sonic is so exhilarating and funny at the same time, but it moves so fast sometimes that one mistake and you die which can be pretty annoying.
The only things that I didn't really like was the boss fights and the story itself. The bosses where to easy and the story was weak.
But despite that it's still a great game on the ps3 that I recommand that you play if you have the chance.
God of War
This game is not only the best in the series but would dare to say it's the best game that came out on the ps4 console.
They took a already awesome character and made him even more amazing along with a improved combat system and a much more intriguing story makes this game such a exhilarating experience that I can't recommend it enough if you haven't tried it yet.
Super Mario Odyssey
This game is one the reasons that I traded in my Ps4 for a Nintendo Switch, it's not only one of the best Switch games it's also the best Super Mario game that has ever been made too.
Everything about this game is great from the gameplay to even the story. This new 3D mario game where you now can possess enemies and use their abilities is just so new and intriging that I can play this game for hours without getting bored.
Killzone 2 is a amazing ps3 exclusive game and is not only one of the best games on that console its also one of the best first person shooters that I have ever played too.
If you are a fan of first person shooters on the playstation then don't hesitate to play this game even though its multiplayer system has been shut down its single player campaign is still amazing in its own right.
And when it comes to the story itself than I trully believe its the best one yet in the Killzone series.
God of War III
God of War 3 is not only one of the best video games on the ps3 but its also the best that have ever been made.
All of it from the gameplay, combat system to the story itself is simply amazing and I can't recommand it enough for anyone.
The fighting can get extermely brutal sometimes, more than usual for this series and I admit it made me feel uneasy but its still awesome to play.
And the story it self is one of the best that I have ever seen in a video game no matter which console and I have to say that this one is the second best in the GoW series yet.
Tomb Raider is not only one of the best third person action games that I have ever played it's also one of the best video games that I have on the ps3 and I'm sure its still great on the ps4.
Its gameplay and combat system is very intriguing and engaging and the fact that you have be prepaird if something unexpected can happen every few seconds is hust another thing about this game that will keep you on your toes.
The story is also very good, its mystery and horror makes it very interesting to follow as you fight and survive your way to the end.
Persona 5 is without a doubt one of the best games I have ever played. If I had to make a top 10 list of the best video games of all time I would definitely put it there.
The gameplay mechanics in this game where you can fight villains and monster one day but on the next you can hang out with friends or work for a little extra money to make you stronger makes this game a almost perfect experience.
I got almost addicted in playing this that I could barley stop playing when I had started and now I'm almost scared to play it again becasue I might get so hooked on it that I might neglect my work. Its simply that good.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War
A amazing sequel of another great game. Shadow of War is one of the best games on the ps4 but despite that it also has some flaws.
Its story and combat system is great no compliant there but the boss fights can be a bit annoying as they are very hard to fight without you having to dodge every second, but despite that its still a great game.
Bioshock Infinite is simply a amazing game but it feels so different than 1 and 2.
The story is confusing but still great and it's like watching a sci fi movie while fighting with guns and super powers.
The gameplay is very engaging that when you start it's hard to just stop and take a break from playing. This game is definietly one of the best from 2010s.
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Rise is a good sequel to another really great third person action adventure game.
Its gameplay and combat system is really intriguing and the weapon system is still as great as it was in the previous game.
But I feel that the story wasn't as good and honestly the main bad guys felt a bit cliche for my liking.
Far Cry 3
Far Cry 3 is one of the best games that came out on the ps3/Xbox 360.
FC3 is thanks for exeample to its amazing open world and combat system one of the best first person shooters that I have ever played.
And while the main story is great i find that the side missions are equally as good and together they are what makes this game one of the best that I have ever played in my life.
The Bioshock series is one of the best that I have ever played and the first entry is without a doubt the best.
The awesome gameplay and combat system that this game has to offer feels very unique and special that you can only find in a Bioshock game with its plasmids and gun upgrades which makes this one of the best first person shooters that I have ever played.
Its definitely a Game of the Year type of game that I wouldn't mind playing over and over again.
The story that this sci fi horror game has to offer is another great part of the game where you have the chance to make the selfless och selfish thing when it comes to upgradeing your powers and personaly I just can't bring myself to hurt those little sisters.
Definitely one of the best games that I have ever played.
While this game is not as great as the first entry its still a amazing game. And personally I think the combat system is the best here compared to the other two games.
Bioshock 2 along with its amazing DLCs are another spectacular game that again let's you use plasmids along with some new weapons designed for the giant Big Daddys which kinda makes you feel much stronger than compared to the original game.
Which is a good thing seeing as this game has those annoying Big Sisters, one the few flaws I think this game has but except that this game is one I recoomend that you play.
Batman: Arkham Origins
It was good but not as good as Arkham City. Arkham Origins has a different voice cast and it feels more like a game of its own than a sequel to the others sometimes.
But while it's not the best game in the series its still enjoyable and worth playing if liked to fight supervillains and criminals as Batman with his awesome fighting combos and his arsenal of gadgets so don't hesitate to play this game if you have the chance.
Far Cry 4
Far Cry 4 is not just another great game in the series but it's the best one yet. Everything that made FC3 great is here and it has even more to show.
The amazing open world and combat gameplay along with the awesome weapon arsenal makes this one of the best first person shooter games that I have ever played.
And if you do get a bit tired of playing the main story than you can spend hours playing the side missions like hunting or attacking enemy basses.
But it does feel a bit too similar to FC3 sometimes and the story is a little weak but despite that it's still a amazing game.
Killzone Mercenary is a great first person shooter for the Vita. It's single player campaign is great despite that the story is somewhat weak compared to the others games but if you are interested in buying a vita than don't hesitate to but this game.
This game was good when it came out but today it feels to dated and you can get bored after a few hours of gameplay. Its just that you repeat the same mission over and over again than it gets old pretty quickly if you aren't heavilly invested in the story which is alright but you can just watch it online instead since the gameplay experince just isn't worth it.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition
It was better than the original version on the xbox 360. This updated version offers much of the same gameplay but with some new material that I feel is worth to try even if you have played the original game before.
God of War: Collection
I got this when I bought the ps3 collection on playstation store and it works very well on the vita. Its like having a chance to play a ps2 wherever you want with a TV.
If you are a fan of portable gaming than don't hesitate to get this remaster.
Mafia 3 is a ok game really but except for the story, which is great by the way, nothing about the rest of the game really sticks out as being interesting. You can only hold 2 guns and you have to repeatedly do the same thing mission after mission which quickly becomes boring.
And the fact that you have to drive the car so long doesn't help the game either. I don't plan on playing this game anytime soon and I would rather watch the story arc on youtube.
Kingdom Hearts III
KH3 is a game that I have waited years for to be released and I must say I was not disappointed.
Its gameplay is so exhilarating that it got hard to stop platig once you had begun. Now you can run up on buildings and mountains, sail ships and like in the previous titles fly which makes it all feel so liberating and together with a now much larger gaming world I must say that this is one of the best games on the ps4/xbox one right now.
The story can get confusing if you are not a KH fan and have played the previous games but beside that its still a awesome game.
The Wolf Among Us
As a telltela game I must say that this was a very good one. It's characters are interesting and the story plot is one of the most intriguing detective stories that I have seen. So if you are a fan of telltale games than try this one you won't be dissapointed.
Final Fantasy XV: Episode Prompto
To be honest I didn't really like this DLC. Neither the story nor the combat was that interesting so you should probably just skip it. Prompto with his guns are just not as exciting as it is fighting with swords and magic in Final Fantasy XV.
God of War: Collection
These games were some of the best on the Ps2 and they are still great on the Ps3 and/or Vita. This great collection of action adventures games is so amazing even today over a decade since the orignal games came out to the ps2. If you are interested in some remasters to play than please give this one a try.
Injustice: Gods Among Us - Ultimate Edition
I'm not a big fan of fighting games like this but Injustice is one great game that I wouldn't mind playing again. Except for just the combat ,which is amazing by the way, the story is also really interesting and exciting even if you aren't a fan of DC superheroes. I can't say that everyone will enjoy it but don't hesitate to try it out at least once.
Gears of War: Judgment
Honestly this was the least good game in the series and it doesn't really offer anything of note really. The only things I really liked about this game was the boss fight and the new Markza sniper rifle. Besides that then I didn't feel like this game was any different or better than the previous entries.
UNO for Nintendo Switch
A great way to play a game that I used to play when I was a kid when no one I know wants to play it anymore.
Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition
FFXV is one of the best acion role playing games I have ever played. It offers more than just a great main story where you can fight gods and monsters and evil empires but here you can also do funny normal stuff like fishing, camping and helping people without it feeling like a burden. you can spend hours if you will just doing stuff before you need to finish the main story and believe me it is fun.
Persona 4 Golden
This game is one of the reasons I bought a PS VIta. It was worth it! And even though they have discontinued the vita I still recommend that you buy one just so you too can experience what this awesome game has to offer. Everything from the gameplay mechanics to the characters and the story was so amazing that I have too say that this vita game will always be considered to be one of the best playstation games ever made.
Mass Effect 3
Another great Mass Effect game that I recommend that you play but get the extended cut trust me. But despite the strange ending this game offers even more awseome game play that this amazing trilogy has produced. ME3 is no doubt the hardest game in the trillogy but its also the most action packed too with another amazing story and gameplay that you can spend hours playing without getting bored.
Gears of War 3
The greatest GoW game they ever made and one of the top 10 Xbox 360 games. I never played the multiplayer that much but its single player story is so amazing that its hard not to get hooked on this series after playing this game.
Mass Effect 2
Mass effect 2 is not only a massive improvment over the first game but it's a with out a doubt one of the best games that have ever been made. This is mostly thanks to the rich set of charatcers you can interact and fight with along with a great combat system and a incredible story. It's almost flawless and so please try this one out if you haven't yet.
Assassin's Creed II
AC2 is one great game that not only made the franschise what it is today its also one of the best games to come out of the 7th generation consoles. The characters, the story and the gameplay were such a massive improvement over the original that it is to me one of the best games that have ever been made so please try this one out if you haven't already believe me you won't be dissapointed.
Grand Theft Auto V
One of the best games ever made on any console and while I say this with all honesty it can get boring and frustrating sometimes after a while which hampers the experience a little. But despite that its still a amazing game that I don't regret playing but I don't really feel the need to play it again anytime soon.
Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time
A Crack in Time is the second best R&C game in the whole series and one of the best platformer games on the ps3 console. To play as Ratchet and Clank here while fighting aliens, gladiators and monsters while also solving puzzles together with some time travel power feel so unique compared to the other Ratchet and Clank games. So if you are wondering which R&C game you should buy I recommened this one very much.
Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ardyn
Of all the DLCs to FFXV then I got to say this is the best and one that I recommend that you buy if you have Final Fantasy XV. Here you get the chance to play as the main antagonist with all of his awesome powers and believe me it feels great. It feels a bit short but despite that it's still a great dlc if you are thinking of buying it.
Gears of War
One of the best Xbox exclusives and one of the reasons I bought a Xbox 360. I admit that I never played the multiplayer but the single player run was one of a kind compared to other games even today. Gears of war is a most if you have a pc or xbox believe me its a microsoft classic now.
Rayman is a part of my childhood, I used to play the original on the PsOne, and this chance to play it like you do here gave me this feeling of nostalgia. It's simple but entertaining gameplay is so amusing and familiar that any of us Rayman fans should give this game a try or if you are new then don't hesitate to play this game.
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
AC Black Flag is absolutely the best game in the AC series. After ACIII I was worried for a bit if Ubisoft would be able to make a really great AC game again and they really did it with Black Flag. The chance to be a pirate and sail on sea is so liberating that you can just focus on that instead of doing the main objectives first. The only thing I thought could have been better was the story itself it was not so interesting at all compared to the previous AC games.
Gears of War 2
Even though Gears of War 3 is the best entry in the series I liked this one the most. The story and gameplay is simply amazing.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered
Ghostbusters The Video game isn't just a great game its like the 3:e ghostbuster movie. Honestly it feels like you are watching a movie while playing this funny game.
Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis
This DLC was alright. Nothing especially bad but nothing that remarcable either
Final Fantasy XV: Episode Gladiolus
This dlc was good but it got boring quickly and I don't feel like playing it again.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX
Kingdom Hearts is without a doubt one of the best video game series in the world today. And not just because of the gameplay but the music and the story as well. To play a game with both disney and FF characters is simply amazing. The best game in the series is definitely KH2 even today after all these years since it came out on the Ps2. I recommend these games even to those who aren't fans for action role-playing games, it's that good.
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Asylum is a great first entry in this series. The chance to fight as Batman against the Joker while solving mysteries with gadgets like batarangs was a great experince that I recommened to anyone to try, whatever if you are a dc fan or not.
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
It was a great Uncharted game but it felt to short compared to the previous games. But i was glad that I played it anyway.
Assassin's Creed Origins
I'm going to be frank I didn't like this game. It's not that bad but it doesn't feel like a AC game and the new story and combat system was so boring and frustrating, you couldn't even kill someone with a hidden blade as easy anymore, so I will not play this game agian.
Ratchet & Clank Collection
This collection of remastered playstation exclusives is a most if you enjoy classic platformer games. While the first entry feels somewhat dated the others are still amazing after so many years since they were released. If you are intreseted to buy a R&C game on the Ps3 then I strongly recommend that you buy this one.
Jak and Daxter Collection HD
Jak and Daxter is another great collection platformer game on the playstation with amazing story in each entry and gameplay that wile it is great can be very hard sometimes that can be frustrating for some players. But if you can stomach the idea to repeat a mission manny timmes until you get it right some times than you should try this game.
Assassin's Creed: Revelations
While it isn't anyway a bad game it doesn't really add anything new to the mix and the story isn't as exciting as it was in the preivous Ezio games. I would rank this game as one of the lesser good AC games but its still good enough if you want to try it.
Assassin's Creed III
Not one of the best AC games but it's worth playing and I liked it despite some of its flaws. The story expands on the AC universe understanding of what is right and wrong for while i the previous entries it allways felt kinda black and white between Assassin's and the Templars but now we get to see things in a more grey way that feels more realistic than what the previous entries have showed. When it comes to the gameplay well the only thing that really sticks out compared to the previous entries is the sea combat system which was a amazing feature added to the game.
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
AC Brotherhood takes what made ACII great and expands upon it. The fighting and shooting mechanics feels more smooth and easy to do then in the previous entry. It feels like it's own game and not just a copy of ACII. Plus Ezio is still the greatest protagonist in the series and here we get to continuie his great story in a amazing way.
The Sly Collection
Sly Cooper is one of Playstation best exclusive game characters and this collection of remastered ps2 games is a most have if you enjoy platformer gaming. Not only is the gameplay good but its story and characters are also enjoyable. The world around them feels so surreal sometimes but not in a bad way for here you can never really prepare what will happen next in the stoy.
A great first entry for the best video game trilogy that has ever been made. ME1 hasn't aged as well as its sequels but its still a great game to play thanks to it's great set of characters that will help you fight to save the galaxy. The gameplay doesn't feel as smoth as it used to do but it doesn't hamper on the experince you get from playing the whole game from start to finish and if you are planning on playing the sequels I recommened that you first play ME1 since it will make the effort more worth it when you finnish the last game in the trilogy.
Far Cry Primal
When I bought Far Cry Primal I was worried that it wouldn't be any good since it didn't use guns or vehicles but I was so wrong. It's use of weapons like spears and arrows are amazing and the fact that you can bond with animals so that they will aid you makes this feel like a unique FC game but it's still FC. It's not as great as FC 3 and 4 was but it's definietly worthg playing if you are a fan of the franschise or not.
The Walking Dead: Season One
It was a good game, the characters were interesting and the story was engaging but after playing it for the first time I didn't have any desire to play it again. I haven't played it in a while and so while this is a good telltale game I don't think it is worth the time if you don't love the walking dead or telltale games whatsoever.
Gears of War 4
It was good but nothing new really and the story was kinda boring compared to the previous entries in the series.
