This year's Wholesome Snack - The Game Awards Edition gave us a slew of adorable indie adventure games.
Wholesome Snack, hosted by Wholesome Games, is a must-watch event for cozy game enthusiasts. The annual showcase features inspiring and uplifting game titles from developers around the globe. This year, it showcased games from 24 independent developers and renowneed publishers.
The 36-minute digital showcase featured 13 different wholesome titles.
The notable highlights include TOEM 2, the anticipated sequel that continues the beloved photographic adventure, and Capy Castaway, a charming game featuring an unlikely duo of a capybara and a crow.
Nature lovers were treated to NAIAD, a serene exploration game that promises a tranquil gaming experience.
The showcase also introduced two intriguing demos: Aikyam, a unique Bollywood-inspired RPG, and River Towns, an innovative puzzle-based city-building game.
As treat for fans, Wholesome Games partnered with humblebundle to create a bundle of 6 beloved titles. This bundle will raise funds for World Central Kitchen, a non-proft organization providing meals for victims of humanitarian and climate crises. The bundle features: Fae Farm, The Ranch of Rivershine, Little Kitty, Big City, Spirit City Lofi Sessions, Minami Lane, and Rusty's Retirement.
