Stunlock Studios, in partnership with Konami Digital Entertainment, has announced an exciting expansion to the V Rising - Legacy of Castlevania DLC, bringing fresh content to both PC and PlayStation 5.
The announcement comes alongside Steam's Castlevania Fair, which will run from October 21-26, 2024. It will include a special bundle featuring the Castlevania Dominus Collection, V Rising, and the Legacy of Castlevania DLC at a 10% discount.
The DLC expansion introduces new cosmetic content inspired by beloved Castlevania characters.
Players can now dress their vampires in Shanoa's elegant battle attire from Order of Ecclesia, or don Soma Cruz's distinctive white trench coat from Aria of Sorrow.
The update also includes various castle customization options, from new walls and doors to windows, fences, and paintings.
These additions come as a free update for existing DLC owners, while new players can purchase the Legacy of Castlevania DLC for $19.99 on Steam and PlayStation Store.
The base game continues to offer an expansive vampire adventure across seven regions, featuring 57 unique bosses and the recently added wintry zone, Ruins of Mortium.
V Rising combines castle-building mechanics with intense PvE and PvP combat, allowing players to establish their vampire kingdoms while battling legendary foes like Dracula and Simon Belmont. It quickly became a crowd favorite earning playscores of 8.6 and 8.5 on the PC and PlayStation platforms.
This latest expansion further enriches the game's gothic atmosphere with beloved elements from the Castlevania franchise.
