Torchlight III is set to come out later this year, and though we already have a look at different classes like the Dusk Mage, Railmaster, and Forged, Perfect World has decided to give us a look at a fourth class coming to the game—the Sharpshooter.

Besides being good with ranged weapons, the Sharpshooter is also said to be prolific when it comes to summoning spirits. According to Arc Games, The devs have actually been working on the character for years, finding out a good balance between a magic hero or a more tool-based one, and they ended up with the Sharpshooter who is described as a ‘bit of a scoundrel.’
With Torchlight II having four classes to pick from, some think that this Sharpshooter could be the last class for the third game. Then again, maybe the devs would want to add a few more. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see if they have anything else up their sleeves.
No specific release date has been announced for Torchlight III, but the game is expected to hit PC sometime later this year.
