Tanuki Justice Now Available for the Nintendo Switch

While everyone is busy with the launch of Cybperunk 2077 and its highly detailed world, No Gravity Games is going back with their latest title for the Nintendo Switch — Tanuki Justice. It’s a retro-style platformer that gives off some serious Mega Man vibes, but instead of taking out robots and reploids, you’re a ninja tanuki in a feudal Japan populated by animals.

Tanuki Justice is a continuous intensive action run’n gun in which you incarnate a tanuki brother and sister. You’ll face hundreds of enemies in feudal Japan. Varied environments with landscapes of all kinds, retro and fast rhythmic music, numerous and difficult situations reminiscent of good old arcade games. Gameplay both simple and rich allowing spectacular actions. Possibility to play with 2 people for even more fun. And challenges that will challenge even the most skilled players. Time will be your worst enemy.

The game has gotten some great reviews so far, and this one is sure to be a treat for anyone who love those punishing retro platformers. Like I said, there’s a lot of classic Mega Man influence in the visual style of the game, but it has its own look for stages and animal bosses.
