Fans of the cozy open world of Slime Rancher will be pleased to know that they can add their personal touches in Slime Rancher 2.
In a new trailer, creators Monomi Park unveiled all the new features that comes with the Gadgets My Way content update. One of the new features allows players to rebuild and redecorate their slime ranch using an array of new gadgets.
“The 'Gadgets My Way' update introduces imaginative and lively interactions with slimes,” Monomi Park said.
“Imagine your slimes lounging on the beach, getting thrilled in homemade pinball machines, or playfully bouncing through fields of colorful pinwheels,” they added.
The update will come free for owners of Slime Rancher 2.
On top of the new gadgets, the Gadgets My Way Content Update will also enhance the building experience. New changes include new user interface updates, HUD notifications, and optimized game performance.
A total of 36 gadgets will be added in the content update.
Slime Rancher 2 is a sequel to the indie hit Slime Rancher where players take the role of a young slime rancher, Beatrix LeBeau. Far from Earth, players must create a slime ranch from scratch and amass a growing number of slimes.
Slime Rancher 2 was released PC and Xbox Series X on Sep 22, 2022. It’s available on Game Pass.
