The summertime heat sizzles with the release of Pool Party on PC and consoles. The new game was released on Switch, PlayStation, and PC.

Developed by Lakeview Games and published by Mindscape, Pool Party is a hilarious and chaotic local multiplayer arcade experience for up to four players. They can compete in a variety of physics-based sports and brawl game modes.

Players can jump into going solo or with friends across a range of competitive game modes. These include Pool, Idol, Sumo, Free-for-All, and more.

The game’s agile pool balls can reach ridiculous speeds, adding dynamic gameplay as they roll and bounce around the arena. Competitive players can send a rival ball flying by perfectly aiming their kicks. These moments make for some seriously hysterical moments with friends.

Currently, the game has 6 reviews on Steam. While some enjoyed the game’s casual party game approach, other players are disappointed about its lack of an online mode.

Pool Party is available today on the Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, and Steam for $19.99. A version for the Xbox Series X is coming later this month. The upcoming Xbox game is set to release on May 31.

In addition, the physical edition for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 is out now in Europe, with the North American release scheduled for June 14.

For those looking for even more excitement, the devs at Pool Party are heading to TwitchCon Europe. Mindscape will showcase the game at the Indie Game Zone, Booth 2206-IND, in Rotterdam from June 29-30.
