After the release of NieR Replicant ver.1.22 last April, Square Enix is now looking at the release of NieR Re[in]carnation.

No release date has been announced. But, it will be the first mobile Nier game. Square has already opened pre-registration for the game.

Check out the promotional trailer below:

All Prayers Lead to The Cage.
A girl awakens on a cold stone floor.
She finds herself in an infinitely vast place filled with buildings that touch the very sky.
Guided by a mysterious creature who calls herself Mama, she begins to explore her new surroundings.
To reclaim what she has lost—and atone for her sins—she sets off on a journey through this place of unknown creation.
...A place known as The Cage.

NieR Re[in]carnation brings back creative director Yoko Taro with composer Keiichi Okabe from Monaca. Square is aiming to reach 300,000 pre-registrants. If they reach it, each player will receive 3000 gems when it launches. This would allow them to complete a 10x Summon for free.

Pre-registration is only available in select regions through the AppStore and Google Play for now.*

With a closed beta coming up, Square Enix will be selecting participants from those who pre-register for the game through the Play Store. For more details, you can check out the official site for pre-registration here.

NieR Re[in]carnation will be available on Android and iOS. Find more titles in our list of the best Android games.
