Treasure hunting shooter <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/hawked/" title="Hawked for PC">HAWKED</a> is taking its next step with a new cross-play open beta running August 31st through September 4th. Players on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam can team up to take on the island of X-Isle and extract precious artifacts.

<a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-series-x/hawked/" title="Hawked for Xbox Series X">HAWKED</a> pits teams of three against each other in a race to collect artifacts hidden around the dynamic island map. Puzzles, traps, and monsters guard the loot. The only way to secure the treasures is to cooperate with your team.

This round of open beta gives console gamers their first chance to join the hunt. All participants can unlock exclusive cosmetics through the free Renegade Pass. Progress from the previous PC beta carries over, and an XP boost is available to help secure the limited-time rewards.

Character customization is available through gears, artifacts, and cosmetics to fine-tune treasure-hunting style. The dynamic island map evolves, keeping each match full of new challenges. Special events and bosses also keep the PvP competition fierce.
