Headbang Club's upcoming metal moshing rhythm slash shooting game, Double Kick Heroes, now has official release dates on the Nintendo Switch, PC, and Xbox One, and they're all scheduled this August.

It’s time to jump out of the mosh-pit and into your Gundillac, Sheila, and take on the baddest of badasses and survive in this metal moshing and mayhemic post-apocalyptic nightmarish wasteland.

Double Kick Heroes will have its first release on the Nintendo Switch and PC via steam this August. This will be followed later by the game's release on the Xbox and Microsoft store on the 28th. It will also be available to subscribers of the Game Pass for PC and Xbox One on the same day.

Double Kick Heroes currently features a full story mode with over 50 songs from various metal artists, 5 difficulty settings, as well as support for drum and guitar controllers on the PC and Xbox One.

Using the joy-con, Switch users will also be able to play using various styles like air-drumming, air-beat, and, for hardcore moshers, an all-out mode which uses two joy-con sets for both hand and leg controls.

Double Kick Heroes is currently on Steam Early Access. For more games, you can check out our respective lists of Upcoming PC Games, Upcoming Xbox One Games, and Upcoming Switch Games.
