Black Myth Wu Kong has just released and it brought us a stunning new Soulslike experience. It also ushered in a new era of games from China. The Western world, and Japan, have mostly dominated the gaming sphere. There have been a fair share of amazing games from Chinese developers befire, like F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch from TiGames, they have been few and far between.
Now, with China's notable entry in Black Myth, it seems like we will have a new contender for the top spots in gaming. PlayStation's China Hero Project, starting in 2022, has also helped in spotlighting Chinese developers. Among its featured games are Convallaria, AI Limit, and even The Winds Rising which is another game from TiGames.
