In Squadrons, you'll get to pilot X-Wings and TIE fighters in thrilling, outer space dogfights. Its main draw seems to be its <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/multiplayer">multiplayer mode</a> that pits players in team-based 5v5 battles. However, Squadrons is also set to bring in a <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/single-player">singleplayer campaign</a> set sometime around the Galactic Civil War.</p>

<p><a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/motion-twin">Motion Twin</a>'s <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/dead-cells">Dead Cells</a> was a hit for its action-packed <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/metroidvania">Metroidvania</a> action, and now developers <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/big-blue-bubble">Big Blue Bubble</a> has seemingly created a worthy successor to the game's recent legacy. With its detailed pixel artsyle, Foregone's world looks stunning, their bosses terrifying, and the actions and animations, fluid, and satisfying.</p> 

<p>Clearly, there's a  lot to look forward to here, and we'll get our chance soon as it comes out on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch on October 5</p>

<h2>5. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/ride-4">RIDE 4 on PC</a>, <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ps4/ride-4">PlayStation 4</a>, and <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/ride-4">Xbox One</a></h2>

<p>One of the few good motorcycle games out there has finally come with a new sequel. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/milestone-srl">Milestone</a> has been hitting it big with their games lately, and many are hoping this fourth RIDE installment reaches the same caliber. Introducing a lot of changes to the series, in terms of its career mode plus some brand new modes to boot, it's looking good for the entry so far.</p>

<h2>6. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/the-signifier">The Signifier</a></h2>

<p>Sometimes, all it takes is a story and an ominous atmosphere. In The Signifier, we get both as we dive deep into a world of tech-noir mystery that explores the realm of the human mind. We only know so much from a few of their trailers. However, with an array of puzzles surrounding the psychological and philosophical realms of reality, memory, and dreams, it should be a great haven for puzzle fans on the PC looking to immerse in a fascinating story.</p>

<h2>7. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/dirt-5">Dirt 5 on PC</a>, <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ps4/dirt-5">PlayStation 4</a>, and <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/dirt-5">Xbox One</a></h2>

<p><a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/codemasters">Codemasters</a> has got to be one of the greatest in <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/racing">racing games</a>, and we're glad to announce that the latest in their outstanding rally racer is coming out soon. In this fifth entry, DIRT moves away from the ultra punishing environment of their previous titles. While their deep simulations are here to stay, we'll still see an entry that will have a more relaxed arcade feel. Their new career modes will feature Nolan North and Troy Baker, and you'll get to share the excitement with friends in the four-player split-screen mode.</p> 

<p>A hell of a cross-gen racer, it's coming out on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 16</p>

A <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/horror">horror</a> <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/survival">survival game</a>, Broken Porcelain makes us return to the haunted Ashman Inn, this time with all the marvels of their new real-time cutscenes and expanded lore. Pull yourself together amidst all the madness, use your weapons, and find the answers to all the ghastly mysteries of the estate.</p> 

<p>Upping the ante with a new level of immersion, the adventure continues on the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this October 20</p>

Take London back with guns, drones, stealth, and so much more.</p>

Still, only on their second installment, Little Hope's story gives us a fresh look with a lineup of new faces to hopefully preserve in the course of a   long, choice-based narrative. Dive deep into the mysteries of the remote town and help the 4 college students escape the fog of haunted visions from their past.</p>

Compete for resources against other hordes, build up your own city, and win the race towards the banana in the sky. Aside from its unique gameplay functions, it also boasts a lot of functionality in terms of team strategies and attacks. It has a gamerscore of 9.40</p>

<p><a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/hack-and-slash/">Hack and Slash</a> games are great for when you just hit things. Now, with this game from <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/fansipan-limited/">Fansipan Limited</a>, you can get that kind of action on the comforts of your mobile phone. Telling the story of a Shadow Knight who dives into hell to bring back the light into a world sunk into despair, use your skills and magical abilities to plow through the waves of monsters and demons that come your way. What makes it even more compelling, is that its dark, silhouetted visual style makes for animations that are smooth, fast, and exciting. It receives a gamerscore of 9.40</p>

<p>Sometimes all you need is a light, casual time killer, and Riding Cubes definitely fits that. Bump into similarly colored blocks to take them into your stead, and use them as fodder against the brick obstacles that lay in your path to a new high score. <p>A casual game for hardcore battle fans! There might've been some mass battlers out there before, but they don't seem to look as good as this one. Using visuals that are familiar to long-time mobile gamers, Battle Legion makes planning out war tactics seems simple. You'll have all the freedom of picking out your units, whether its close combat warriors, archers, fortifications, and so much more. Decide which layout will bode well against a limitless pool of opponents and their own variety gameplay styles. Strategy for both casuals and veterans, it gets a gamerscore of 9.42</p>

<h2>10. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/phantom-rose-scarlet/">Phantom Rose Scarlet</a></h2>

<p>It's always impressive to find games carved out of nothingness by solo developers. We had one of those gems last month in this <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/roguelike/">roguelike</a> <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/adventure/">adventure</a> by makaroll. On the surface, it may seem like your run of the mill mobile game. But, it hides a lot of uniqueness and complexity within its <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/card/">card-based</a> gameplay. Build your deck with their over 100 different cards, experiment with different playstyles to discover what works for you, and dive into dungeons packed with challenging monsters. Another great strategy game, it gets a gamerscore of 9.45</p>

<h2>9. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/soda-dungeon-2/">Soda Dungeon 2</a></h2>

<p>The sequel to <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/soda-dungeon/">one of the best RPGs on the iOS</a> has finally arrived on the <a href="https://whatoplay.com/android/soda-dungeon-2/">Android</a>. After a furious battle with a dark lord in one dimension, it's time to climb back up the ladders of roleplaying riches in another. Just like the first game, you won't have to do it all alone. Just upgrade your local tavern with chairs and the best sodas money can buy, and loot the dark lord's dungeons once again. Still presented with detailed pixel visuals and the same tongue in cheek humor, the sequel definitely lives up to the original and it receives a gamerscore of 9.45</p>

<h2>8. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/aggretsuko/">Aggretsuko</a></h2>

<p>An anime about a cute red panda that sings death metal at night may not be the best poster girl for the contemplative match-three <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/puzzle/">puzzle</a> game. But developers <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/hive-co-ltd/">HIVE</a> somehow make it work, injecting the mad fury of Retsuko in-between her quiet office life antics. Gather round the animals in their calm puzzle games, ask for help, and boosts from her friendly co-workers and conquer the day without breaking out in anger. For fans of the show, you'll even be able to watch the episodes from the inside game itself. It has a gamerscore of 9.46 on the iOS and  9.39 on the android</p>

<h2>7. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/android/kite-flying-festival-challenge/">Kite Flying Festival Challenge</a></h2>

<p>Kite Flying is a sport that many enjoy around the world, and now you can enjoy it even without the wind, cuts, and glue. As far the app goes, it's a pretty barebones game. Get into the action by aligning yourself with one of the kites and alternating between pulling and letting go to cut the rival kites. With enough wins, you'll be able to buy and collect a variety of different kite designs. For people who haven't played the sport, it might be hard to get into. And, we'd be willing to bet it's not quite as exciting as the real thing. Still, it gets a gamerscore of 9.51</p>

<h2>6. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/android/awakening-of-the-eclipse-otome-romance-game/">Awakening of the Eclipse: Otome Romance Game</a></h2>

<p> As we said before, Otome Romance Games are a godsend, especially in unprecedented times like today. With Awakening of the Eclipse, we get a taste of new romance as a junior college student that's swept away into bloody nightmares and into the arms of the man of her dreams. You'll have three guys vying for your attention: a hot-headed fighter, a bookworm, and a vampire lord. Your choices, and maybe a few minutes worth of ads, will eventually decide which heart you will win forever. All the drama and romance without the heartbreak, it receives a gamerscore of 9.57</p>

<h2>5. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/android/marvel-duel/">MARVEL Duel</a></h2> 

<p>The card game genre has set itself apart with the simplicity of its gameplay and the seriousness of its strategy, Marvel Duel shows us what gaming today is capable of. Featuring their iconic roster of heroes and supervillains, watch the card battles come alive as you aim to outwit each of your opponents in a bid to restore the Marvel Universe. Heavy as it is, it might be exciting for fans to watch their favorite characters interact and battle in full 3D cinematics. If you can sit through a few of their post-launch bugs, this may be worth your time with a gamerscore of 9.59</p>

Crestoria is a relatively generous game that lets you choose your starter characters, reward you with gems, and get to know characters from the Tales world. Still, a bit bogged down by gacha elements and premium currencies, it gets a playscore of 7.40</p>

<h2>2. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ios/good-sudoku-by-zach-cage/">Good Sudoku by Zach Gage</a></h2>

<p>Sudoku is not an easy game to learn. But, thankfully, through the valiant efforts of <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/zach-gage/">Zack Gage</a> and Jack Schlesinger, even the humblest beginners will find a way to enjoy this classic puzzle game. Good Sudoku has a few features that will hold your hand through your first steps. With focus mode, find the best house, rows, and columns for each selected number and sift through each of the nine digits until you've found a home for each one. The full package will open you up to an ad-less experience, as well as a number of modes and customizations. It has a playscore of 8.10</p>

<h2>8. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/darksiders-genesis/">Darksiders Genesis</a></h2>

	<p>Since the Switch was released back in 2017, it received a ton of support from numerous developers. It hopes to bring portable gaming back to the grid. This is how <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/thq-nordic/">THQ Nordic</a> aimed when it released Genesis to the Switch as well.</p>

<p>An unexpected spin-off to their critically acclaimed Darksiders series is in the form of a top-down <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/hack-and-slash/">hack and slash</a> title. Set years before the original game, witness the bloodbath between the Nephilim and the Horsemen.</p>

<p>Control two characters, War and Strife as they fulfill Lucifer’s orders to disrupt the balance of Hell. Seamlessly switch between these powerful beings with their own set of abilities and embark on a perilous quest all set in the Darksiders universe. A playscore of 7.85</p> 


<h2>7. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/streets-of-rage-4/">Streets Of Rage 4 </a></h2>

	<p>We’ve been talking about this game for the past few weeks now and boy we don’t ever get tired about it. To repeat what we just said on our previous videos, this was a game that took almost 3 decades for a follow-up.</p> 

<p>It was praised for being a return to form to their classic side-scrolling adventures. This cult classic from SEGA continues the beloved <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/beat-em-up/">beat ‘em up</a> craze. It feels like a time-machine playing this in 2020 as it combines new mechanics with some of its signature sets of moves from decades ago.</p> 

<p>Choose from its ragtag group of characters and engage in fun brawler combat with or without a friend. It receives a playscore of 7.98</p> 


<h2>6. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/trials-of-mana/">Trials Of Mana</a></h2> 

	<p><a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/square-enix/">Square Enix</a>’s beloved Seiken Densetsu series is back in 2020, and it also comes in the form of a gorgeous remake. This was the return of the fan-favorite <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/jrpg/">JRPG</a> from 1995. This fresh new look to the third entry of the Mana series is made for both old and new players.</p>

<p>In this Remake, the game is rebuilt from the ground up and it’s now in complete 3D. New players will find the magical world of Mana spellbinding, while series veterans will appreciate the numerous additions to its story and gameplay. Either way, Trials of Mana still lures us back to its enchanting lands filled with darkness, light and how could we forget the ever-present and huge mystical tree.</p> 

<p>The changes are obvious and players can experience a different kind of Trials of Mana, but with the same story. A playscore of 8.03</p> 


<h2>5. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/pokemon-mystery-dungeontm-rescue-team-dx/">Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX</a></h2>

	<p>Speaking of Remakes, a Pokemon title also came out this first half of 2020, but it doesn’t really bring anything new to the table since it’s a remake of the 2005 Mystery Dungeon that came out for the Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance.</p> 

<p>Mixing Mystery Dungeon’s <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/roguelike/">roguelike</a> elements with Pokemon’s charm,  Rescue Team DX allows you to forge your own personality and experience the life of an actual Pokemon after being transformed into one.</p> 

<p>Throughout the game, there will be numerous <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/roguelike/">dungeon-crawling</a> moments and quirky Pokemon hijinks. While this remake retains the classic 16 starter Pokemon, this DX version features new mechanics not seen in the originals such as mega evolution, an auto mode, and finally an auto-save. A playscore of 8.20</p> 


<h2>4. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/two-point-hospital/">Two Point Hospital</a></h2> 

	<p>Laughter really is the best medicine. From a <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/two-point-hospital/">PC game in 2018</a>, this <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/simulation/">hospital simulation</a> game is also available for the Nintendo Switch.</p> 

<p>SEGA’s Two Point Hospital is a hospital building game where you construct the most efficient medical facility and cure those who fall ill from even the most unusual diseases.</p> 

<p>A reminder: this is NOT a game not to be taken seriously if you’re really looking for some medical lessons. Although it deals with illnesses, the patients you meet aren’t exactly part of the status quo.</p> 

<p>It’s a great addition to the Switch’s list of great simulation games since it doesn’t take itself too seriously. Any moment you’ll be dealing with a massive horde of the undead, or a swarm of extraterrestrial freaks. A playscore of 8.31</p> 


<h2>3. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/rune-factory-4-special/">Rune Factory 4 Special</a></h2>

	<p>The <a href="https://whatoplay.com/3ds/">3DS</a> had a great run and one of its popular titles is <a href="https://whatoplay.com/3ds/rune-factory-4/">Rune Factory 4</a>. This Special Edition comes to the Switch with a few upgrades including a new difficulty mode and fresh illustrations.</p> 

<p>For the uninitiated, Rune Factory is basically part life sim, part farm sim, and part dungeon-crawler. It’s like Harvest Moon but more… anime-y. You will be expected to do a lot of things in the span of a single day so multitasking is key.</p>

<p>There’s not much difference in the story. You still play the role of an amnesiac weirdo. Mistaken for some kind of Royalty, your goal is to help the citizens improve the city of Selphia, and turn it into a popular tourist destination. It’s a near-identical port to the 3DS classic and it’s perfect for players who just want to relive the journey. A playscore of 8.63</p>

	<p>If anyone enjoys <a href="https://whatoplay.com/switch/xenoblade-chronicles-2/">Xenoblade Chronicles 2</a>, or simply maining Shulk in Super Smash Bros but don’t know who he really is, this Definitive Edition is just for you.</p>

<p>This definitive version of the 2010 JRPG masterpiece is now on the Nintendo Switch and what could be better than that? Join the fight between man and machine and witness the origin of the iconic Shulk with new and improved visuals and a few bonus features.</p>

Fortunately, we've sorted through all of them to bring you this list of the Top 10 Xbox One Games of 2020 So Far. <h2>10. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/dragon-ball-game-project-z/">Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot</a></h2>

<p>This latest Dragon Ball title from <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/bandai-namco-entertainment-america-inc/">Bandai Namco</a> littered our upcoming lists for months, and now that it's finally out, it seems the Xbox One peeps have heeded our call of checking it out. Retelling one of the most popular arcs in the whole Dragon Ball saga, there were some fears of it being a little too familiar.</p> 

<p>But, while that was the case for some critics--who also found it to be lacking in both Open World and arena fighting merits--most gamers were just glad to have Goku's adventures renewed, complete with stunning cutscenes that are voiced to perfection.</p> 

<p>Though it may have some technical issues and some repetitive combat, this is still a winner for anyone who wants to feel that rush of Dragon Ball nostalgia. It has a playscore of 8.04</p>


<h2>9. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/one-piece-pirate-warriors-4/">One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4</a></h2>

<p>The fourth installment of this Musou-based One Piece adaptation has hit the mark. While their previous games succeeded at delivering a Musou game with a One Piece skin, this fourth entry actually went above and beyond in their retelling of a familiar story.</p> 

<p>Not only does it gather round a sizeable number of the series' iconic characters to bring it to life, but it also introduces brand new character arcs, as well as the exclusive Land of Wano story.</p> 

<p>On top of that, there's also the new fighter types in Sanji and his siblings, and the spike in difficulty with notable enemies getting armor bars that require a strategy to whittle down.</p> 

<p>All in all, there's just so much action in this new entry, and you can keep coming back for more. It has a playscore of 8.07</p>


<h2>8. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/doom-64/">Doom 64</a></h2>

<p>The DOOM series is basking in the limelight this year. Aside from <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/id-software/">id Software</a>'s explosive sequel to their DOOM reboot series, fans of the DOOM series have also been treated with this remastered revival of the 1997 <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/first-person-shooter/">FPS</a> originally made for the Nintendo 64.</p>

<p>While it may still look dated due to its obvious retro roots, what makes Doom 64 special is the fact that it was specially modified for release on the modern consoles. No longer are the stages too dark for normal vision. Some improvements on framerates and shooting have also been made, making it a fast-paced and responsive game despite its age.</p> 

<p>Whether you're an old DOOM fan or a newbie looking for a taste of the videogame history, this remastered experience will serve you well with a score of 8.09</p>

<h2>7. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/super-mega-baseball-3/">Super Mega Baseball 3</a></h2>

<p>There's a lot of emotion in baseball and it's amazing to witness a game that captures intensity of the <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/sports/">sport</a>. Although it might have a cartoony presentation that suggests an arcade focus, it actually takes baseball <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/simulation/">simulation</a> pretty seriously. Despite the lack of licensing, the game provides plenty of gameplay options that more than makes up for it. Create your very own team from scratch, design the logos, manage the players, and all while getting a hands-on experience on the field too.</p> 

<p>With a combination of their in-depth mechanics and appealing aesthetic, it makes it a great game for hardcore baseball fans and for players just looking for a good bit of fun. A wonderful addition to the baseball roster, it receives a playscore of 8.14</p>

<h2>6. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/shantae-and-the-seven-sirens/">Shantae and the Seven Sirens</a></h2>

<p>Shantae has had more than a few adventures so it's fitting for her to go back to her roots. The seven sirens take a page out of their previous iterations, bringing out the best features from each of them and combining them all into one amazing package.</p> 

<p>It's always been a series known for its Metroid style gameplay. However, instead of the level-based design of Half-Genie, this entry brings back the open-map system which--while a little more straightforward--will be very familiar to old fans.</p> 

<p>It may fall short on features to make it stand out in the increasingly saturated <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/metroidvania/">Metroidvania</a> genre, it's still one of the best releases of the series and it's definitely worth checking out. It has a playscore of 8.17</p>

<h2>5. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/spongebob-squarepants-battle-for-bikini-bottom-rehydrated/">SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated</a></h2>

<p>One of the many remakes and remasters scheduled for this year. Spongebob's platforming adventures in Bikini Bottom was a cult hit when it was first released in 2003. Now, the videogame rises up along with the series comeback of Nickelodeon's hyperactive sea sponge.</p> 

<p>This remaster is still pretty much banking on nostalgia. There isn't a lot of big changes to the game, apart from some deleted content from the original and a new multiplayer mode.</p> 

<p>It didn't score too well with critics. But, for gamers who just wanted to dive back into the fun of Bikini Bottom in HD, that was a plus. If you're a fan of the series, Rehydrated preserves the charm of the original while showing us just how far gaming technology has come. It has a playscore of 8.36</p>

<h2>4. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/doom-eternal/">Doom Eternal</a></h2>

<p>Here's something both critics and gamers can agree on. As a sequel to id Software's reboot, Doom Eternal brought out of a lot of new ideas for the rebirth of the series. One of the biggest draws of this entry was its array of movement upgrades and weapon additions, allowing for more excitement in the <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/single-player/">singleplayer</a> campaign for your resident Doom guy.</p> 

<p>The game has been mostly praised for the lightning-fast pace of its <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/action/">action</a> sequences. On the other hand, there's also their new platform and puzzle-based levels, that for some, felt like a fitting counterpoint to the action, while for others, awkward and frustrating. With more involved combat and <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/multiplayer/">multiplayer</a> modes, it's definitely a step up from the 2016 original and it receives a playscore of 8.5</p>

<h2>3. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/yakuza-0/">Yakuza 0</a></h2>

<p>It took the game a while to get on the console. But, as something that's already been widely praised on both the <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ps4/yakuza-0/">PS4</a> and the <a href="https://whatoplay.com/pc/yakuza-0/">PC</a>, Yakuza 0 brought all of its strong points to this most-awaited entrance to the Xbox One, and more.</p> 

<p>This delayed port may have actually been to its benefit. More than a couple of years after its debut, we now get to see it in a form that's better than ever before. It shows off the glitz and grooviness of the Yakuza's 80s origins with the current generation's graphics and high resolutions.</p> 

<p>Reintroducing a modern masterpiece to a new audience, many would agree that this is a perfect jumping point for anyone that's still starting on the series. As <a href="https://whatoplay.com/critics/cocconnected/">COGConnected</a> says: Yakuza 0 still translates well as an engaging and fun experience, particularly for those who love a good story. It gets a score of 8.63</p>

<h2>2. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/huntdown/">HUNTDOWN</a></h2>

<p>While we're on the subject of the 80s, this title from <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/coffee-stain-publishing/">Coffee Stain Publishing</a> and <a href="https://whatoplay.com/developers/easy-trigger-games/">Easy Trigger Games</a> have found a way to combine two iconic 80s things into one game. Feeling like a fusion of CONTRA and Blade Runner, it's not surprising that retro fans would flock to this game like moths to a flame. But, aside from its strong nostalgia factor, HUNTDOWN also succeeds in delivering fluid and functional action that fits well in this generation.</p> 

<p>According to <a href="https://whatoplay.com/critics/gamespew/">GameSpew</a>: It does a brilliant job of feeling like a blast from the past, yet the responsive controls and cover mechanics firmly plant it in the modern age. The game just oozes personality. It's cool, it's inventive, and, giving players all that excitement at a budget price point, it's definitely something you shouldn't miss out on. It has a playscore of 8.63</p>
 

<h2>1. <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/ori-and-the-will-of-the-wisps/">Ori and the Will of the Wisps</a></h2>

<p>One of Microsoft's most prized <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/microsoft-exclusive/">exclusives</a> has done it again. After Ori touched our hearts with its heartwarming story in the <a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/ori-and-the-blind-forest/">Blind Forest</a>, people have come looking for that same sentiment in this new sequel. And, clearly, it delivered. Will of the Wisps is a true sequel, maintaining the quality of its storytelling, visuals, and musical score. All while also adding new moves and concepts that expand on their already excellent formula.</p> 

<p>This new entry did come across a few technical hiccups, especially in terms of performance. But, with just a little bit of patience, and some help from post-release patches, they're easy to ignore on account of the game's overall quality. One of, if not the best Metroidvania of the generation, it gets a playscore of 8.85</p>

While bogged down by technical issues, there's still no denying the authenticity of its gameplay and atmosphere.</p>

<h2><a href="https://whatoplay.com/xbox-one/project-warlock/">Project Warlock</a></h2>

<p>Retro games are in, and this game is dedicated to the old school fans of DOOM, Hexen, and Wolfenstein. White knuckle your way through 60 high-octane levels and enjoy the carnage of enemies and bosses.</p>
