The Last Tinker has all the hallmarks of a game made by a team five times its size. A remarkable achievement
The Last Tinker is not going to give action fans and people looking for a challenge a ton, but it does offer up a rather fun and interesting game that has both a great art style and a nice, kid-friendly story at a casual pace. Still, for the price they’re charging on Steam, it is a bit much, but not by much.
And if I may go on a tangent, I’d like to express that sometimes it’s awesome just to play a fun game now and again. I still adore mature, deep storylines and becoming a combat god by the end credits, but the heart of play is present here at every step. When you want to take a break from gritty realism, blood spatters, and gun wielding, you definitely won’t go wrong with The Last Tinker: City of Colors.
