Nonetheless Poly Bridge will manage to hold your interest for a good amount of time and any frustrations brought up while playing will quickly dissipate and return to enjoyment. The friendly low-poly style graphics mixed with the relaxing background music add up to a fun, casual playing experience that always brings you back for more.

While not exactly one of the best simulation games out there, Poly Bridge still manages to be quite unique and enjoyable, and easily has enough content to satisfy players for quite a while. It’s a calming (albeit frustrating at times) little bit of construction that sucks you in one way or another, be it the large campaign or the deep sandbox mode, which also doubles as way to ensure players keep adding more content as time goes on.

When the pieces come together, Poly Bridge gives you the chance to create some spectacular things. I almost cheered after building an elaborate vertical-lift bridge that allowed both cars and boats safe passage. Unfortunately, on the way back down, one of the hydraulic lifts tore apart its wooden supports, meaning it could never be used again. Poly Bridge proves that building monuments that last rarely comes easy
