F1 2016 is an exceptional game. While there are a few minuscule issues with A.I, these happened so sparingly that they had little to no effect on how much I was enjoying the game. The career mode is the shining star of the whole package; it’s so good it’s hard to think what they could add to it for the next game. It’s taking a few years, but Codemasters have finally got it very nearly perfect.
There are far fewer AI wobbles in this edition. I occasionally found some strategy suggestions nonsensical, and I saw 18 cars pile into one another because of one small mistake from Williams’ Felipe Massa at a race in Monte Carlo, but these were infrequent enough that I laughed at them, rather than felt they ruined my race.
F1 2016 is not perfect. Those who believe that are either too happy from the fact that this is a breath of fresh air after F1 2015, or because they've watched too many videos involving pit stop girls. Anyhow, the few improvements are very good, and the few existing flaws (especially the subpar AI) will not be enough to stop most virtual drivers' imaginary champagne showers… pit stop girls included.
