Magnus Games had given us our first look at Re:Legend back in 2017, and after a kickstart campaign, it looks like this monster-raising simulation is ready to release across multiple platforms.
Magnus and publisher 505 Games has just announced that Re: Legend is now available for purchase on Steam Early Access for £9.29 - 40% off during the Steam Autumn Sale. The early access of the game also promises to come with a lot of major quality-of-life fixes that improve on elements like combat, equipment stats, item selling prices, status effects, and more.
On the surface, the game looks pretty much like a farming simulator with fantastical animals, but people who’ve already got their hands on the Re: Legend describe it as a cross between Harvest Moon and Pokemon. That being the case, the animals do have some interesting designs and they have elements that make them more grandiose that Pokemon but not as edgy as Digimon.
Re: Legend is set to come out for the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC in the spring of 2021.
