Get a chance to pre-order a collection of Pigeon Dev hits such as Bucket Knight, Awesome Pea, and Explosive Jake.
Pigeon Dev Games has been the studio behind hits such as Bucket Knight and the Awesome Pea games, and Nintendo Switch fans now have the chance to get their hands on the titles in one complete package.
The studio has announced the Pigeon Dev Games Collection physical edition for the Nintendo Switch, and it will include four titles from their catalogue including Awesome Pea, Awesome Pea 2, Bucket Knight, and Explosive Jake. Only 5000 physical editions will be made available, and each will include ‘high-quality, exclusive items’.
The three versions of Pigeon Dev Games Collections are:
- "Premium Edition" (3,000 available), priced at $39.95 with free shipping
- "Retro Edition" (1,000 available), priced at $59.95 plus shipping
- "Deluxe Edition" (1,000 available), priced at $99.95 plus shipping
US customers will be able to purchase the package on the Premium Edition Games website, but they can also choose to order it via Video Games Plus.
While gaming is currently focused on what’s coming for the next generation with the launch of the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, there are some developers who choose to make some great retro-based games not only for nostalgic fans, but for gaming newcomers as well. Hopefully Pigeon Dev Games Collection will satisfy that itch for classic side scrollers.
The Pigeon Dev Games Collection will be available for the Nintendo Switch come early 2021.
