Other than the brisk pace of the game and the continuing annoyance of its magic system, Sorcery 2 is an amazing and magical adventure for you to take on. If you take the time to explore it, you’ll be treated to a rich and fulfilling experience, and wish you didn’t have to wait so long for the next chapter.
Crucially, even amongst such a classy interface and layout, Sorcery! 2's true strength comes from its storytelling and sheer wealth of options. As exciting to play as it once was in book form, it'll leave adventure gaming fans hankering for more even despite its significant length.
Even so, this is very good stuff indeed, easily the equal and quite possibly better than its predecessor. If you played the first part of Steve Jackson’s Sorcery! then you already know what’s in store, and if you haven’t, you should! Then play this one, too – and don’t forget to post those kudos when you’re done.
