In his normal state his projectile does more damage but less knockback the more it travels, and an Overdrive state where it does the opposite and gives Isaac faster melee moves at the expense of the ground draining his HP faster<br><img src="https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/1608310/extras/PhoebeID.png?t=1663500498" /><br>Phoebe's gameplay functions like a double edged sword. Using her special she takes more damage, and accumulates that damage in order to release it in her next attack. On the otherhand, should the opponent land their strike first Phoebe also takes some of that accumulated damage<br><img src="https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/1608310/extras/KylianID.png?t=1663500498" /><br>Kylian plays around his daggers that makes the enemy take more damage from the ground the more daggers land on them. They allow her to have less cooldown on her dodges, and it allows her to also dodge into a wall in order to bounce back up in the air without going into hitstun
